Microsoft Teams and Outlook
The knowledge base where people already are.
Open wikiaio as an app in Teams, as a tab in a channel or from Outlook — on mobile too. Staff sign in automatically with their Microsoft account. Content comes from our servers in the EU; Microsoft never stores it.
What do I do if a resident doesn't open the door?
Ring, knock and call the resident's phone. Use the key box, and if the key is missing, call the duty phone. Never drive on until it's resolved.

Personal app
The knowledge base in the Teams sidebar and in Outlook's app list. Search, read and ask.
Channel tab
Show one knowledge base in a channel, e.g. “Procedures” for home care. Only people with access see the content.
Automatic sign-in
Microsoft confirms who the user is (name and e-mail). We never ask for access to mail, files or SharePoint.
Frontline staff with only Outlook
If staff only have Outlook on their phone, they can open wikiaio from there. [TO BE CONFIRMED: Outlook mobile test]
Works without Microsoft too
Every organisation has its own address, e.g. council.wikiaio.eu, with e-mail sign-in. If Teams is down, the knowledge base is still there.
No content in chat
We don't put answers or pages into Teams messages, so the content stays in the EU.
