Who counts as an editor?: Owners, admins and editors are paid seats. Readers are free and unlimited, under a fair-use clause in the terms.
What happens when the AI questions run out?: Search and reading work as always. The pool resets every month, and an admin can buy an extra pack for [PRICE] per 1,000 questions.
Can we take our data with us if we stop?: Yes. Export all pages as Markdown and HTML any time, also for [OPEN: 30 days or 12 months] after cancelling.
How do we pay?: Card via Mollie (Netherlands), invoice on Business and e-invoicing on Enterprise and public sector. Upgrades apply straight away; downgrades at the next renewal.
What does the trial cost?: Nothing. 14 days with every feature, no card. If you don't choose a plan, everyone can still read and you can export everything.
