Your knowledge is stored and processed only in the EU.

Everyone who touches your content is an EU company on EU infrastructure. Teams displays your knowledge base but never stores it. Here is exactly how it fits together, and what we don't promise.

Where your data goes

Browser, Teams or Outlook

Displays the page. Microsoft only sees that the tab was opened and who signed in.

2 · The vault

Scaleway Generative APIs

Mistral models on EU servers. Only pages the user may see are sent with the question.

What we don't promise: your Microsoft 365 still runs at Microsoft. We don't say you are “off US infrastructure”; we say your knowledge base is. And wikiaio also works without Teams, with e-mail sign-in.

A database of your own

No tables are shared with other customers.

An encryption key of your own

Every customer has its own key in Scaleway Key Manager. On deletion, the key is destroyed together with the database.
